You work with Stuart and Andy, not a team they hand over to. Our engagements are shaped around your situation rather than a fixed method, and we stay involved long enough to see whether anything has actually changed. Where technology genuinely helps sustain the work, we can draw on Calibrate, The People Operating System, but our advice always comes first.
