Information you give us
If you contact us through the website, by email or by telephone, we may receive information including your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, job role and anything you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
We use this information to understand why you have contacted us, respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and maintain normal business correspondence.
Our lawful basis for doing this will normally be our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and developing and managing our business relationships. Where our discussions lead towards a contract, we may also process information where necessary to take steps before entering into that contract.
We do not currently add people who make website enquiries to a marketing mailing list simply because they have contacted us.
Organisational diagnostic
Our website may include a diagnostic designed to help you think about aspects of your organisation such as clarity, leadership, capability, execution and change.
You can complete the diagnostic and view your initial results without providing your name or contact details.
If you subsequently choose to discuss your results with Stuart or Andy, we may ask you to provide contact information and relevant information about your organisation so that we can respond to you.
Providing those details is optional. We will use them for the same purposes as other business enquiries described above.
If you choose to request your detailed diagnostic report, we will use your name, email address and relevant diagnostic information, including your answers and results, to send you that report and to deal with any subsequent enquiry.
We do not use the diagnostic to make automated decisions about individuals.

The Clemorton website uses essential storage where necessary for the operation of the site and for remembering choices such as your cookie preference.

How long we keep information
If you make an enquiry that does not lead to a client relationship, we will normally retain the relevant correspondence for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact.
We may retain information for longer where there is a legitimate business or legal reason to do so.
If an enquiry develops into a client relationship, relevant information may become part of our client and business records and will be retained in accordance with the requirements applying to those records.
User and event data within our Google Analytics property is configured to be retained for 14 months.
